Terms of service

1. The service

Heureka Estudio S.A.S. provides Tivox, software that lets businesses connect their WhatsApp Business account through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform to manage conversations with their customers, optionally assisted by AI and connected to their calendars.

2. The Customer's WhatsApp account

The WhatsApp Business account, the phone number and the business portfolio belong to the Customer. The Customer accepts the WhatsApp Business Terms and the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, and can disconnect Tivox at any time from its Meta settings.

3. Messaging costs

Meta charges the Customer directly for template messages according to its current rates. The Customer must register a payment method in WhatsApp Manager. Tivox fees are governed by the corresponding commercial agreement.

4. Acceptable use

• Only message people who have given their consent (opt-in).
• Do not send spam or illegal, misleading or Meta-prohibited content.
• Honor users' opt-out requests and requests to talk to a human.
• The Customer is responsible for the instructions and knowledge it gives the AI assistant.

5. Liability

Tivox is not responsible for suspensions or limitations imposed by Meta due to the Customer's use of its account. This agreement is governed by the laws of Colombia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Barranquilla, Colombia.
