Connect your business WhatsApp to Tivox

In a few minutes you will link your WhatsApp Business account to Tivox using Meta's official signup flow. You keep ownership of your account and your number; Tivox only gets permission to send and receive messages on your behalf.

Before you start

You will need the following during Meta's process:

A Facebook account with admin access to your company's business portfolio (or you will create a new one).
A phone number that can receive a verification SMS or call and that is not in use in the WhatsApp app (or that you migrate).
Your business display name for WhatsApp (it must follow Meta's display name guidelines).
A 6-digit PIN that will protect your number (two-step verification).

6-digit PIN for your number Keep it safe: you will need it if you register the number again.

Embedded Signup is not configured on the server yet (missing META_APP_ID, META_APP_SECRET or META_CONFIG_ID).
